Attention fellow animal lovers: Team WYCD is hoping you will join our team, or make an online donation TODAY to help support the Michigan Humane Society in this Sunday’s ‘Mega March For Animals’ at Kensington Metropark! This little guy above here is “Bruiser” and my daughter recently adopted this abandoned doggie, who was rescued by the Michigan Humane Society. There are THOUSANDS of other dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and other animals who still need to find a ‘forever home’ and that is what they do at the MHS, thanks to YOUR generous donations! Please Help Animals In Need Like ‘Julie’ By Joining Team WYCD At Mega March 2012!

As accustomed as they are to the difficult sights they see every day, the investigators from the Michigan Humane Society were still shocked at the condition Julie was in when they found her, abandoned in Ecorse. Julie had been kept confined for weeks without any food and with minimal water. When a kind passerby found this sweet 5-year-old American Bulldog mix and brought her to the MHS Detroit Center for Animal Care, the situation was dire. But thanks to the TLC she received at the Michigan Humane Society, Julie’s story has a HAPPY ENDING! There are thousands of animals like Julie who need our help, and you can do your part by supporting Team WYCD on Sunday October 7th at the Mega March For Animals at Kensington Metropark! Read how Julie went from near death, to well enough to be adopted into a loving ‘forever home’….
