Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus Welcomes Baby #2, Shows Up Minutes Before Concert In Scrubs

Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus and wife Allison welcomed a baby boy about 5 hours before the Rascal Flatts ‘Changed Tour’ in Detroit on Friday night. Jay made it to the concert just in time, still dressed in scrubs and hospital ID bracelet.
