‘Star Trek: Discovery’ Goes R-Rated: New Series to Feature Nudity & Swearing

Star Trek is venturing into uncharted territory.

CBS All Access’ upcoming series Star Trek: Discovery is expected to feature nudity and swearing, likely grabbing a R-rating.

The first two episodes of the sci-fi drama will air on CBS to entice viewers to subscribe to CBS All Access, the network’s online streaming platform.

The remaining 13 episodes of Star Trek: Discovery will launch on the platform in May 2017.

For those interested in subscribing to CBS All Access, the cost is at $5.99 and $9.99 a month.
