Garth Brooks wrapped up his two-night visit to “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night, and talked to Jimmy about a variety of subjects including his new album “Gunslinger,” his new box set, beating the Beatles sales record, streaming on Amazon and artists that influenced him, including Queen and Freddie Mercury.
He also talked about working with James Taylor, who appears on Garth and wife Trisha Yearwood’s new Christmas album, “Christmas Together,” and. Jimmy even got Garth to do his best impression of James.
- In a hilarious sketch, Garth and Jimmy performed an original song they wrote together, inspired by the time Jimmy paid “Breakin’” and “Breakin’ 2″ dancer Michael “Boogaloo” Shrimp to teach his friend Daniel to pop and lock and then got stiffed.
- The show also shut down the streets outside their studios for a huge outdoor Garth performance, with the show airing two songs “Callin’ Baton Rouge” and part of “Rodeo.”
