Dave Chappelle to Host ‘Saturday Night Live’

By: Annie Scaramuzzino

Dave Chappelle is coming to SNL!

The iconic stand-up comic will make his debut as host of the sketch comedy show on November 12, Deadline confirms.

The episode will be the first to air after Election Day, which will likely make for a lot of great material for the former Chappelle’s Show star.

As if that wasn’t enough, A Tribe Called Quest has also been confirmed as musical guest to promote their first new album in nearly two decades, We Got It From Here…Thank You 4 Your Service.

Chappelle’s turn on the SNL stage comes amid an already successful 42nd season, which has also featured hosts Margot Robbie, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Tom Hanks and Emily Blunt, as well as special guest appearances by Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump.
