FEEL GOOD STORY: Teenager Gives Homeless Man His New Sneakers

A 14-year-old teen in Louisville, Kentucky, took off his brand new sneakers and gave them to a homeless man on the street. LaRon Tunstill, nicknamed “Ron Ron,” was handing out food to homeless people with PurpMe, a local nonprofit that encourages and facilitates acts of kindness, when one man caught his eye. Ron Ron sat down with the man and talked to him, then noticed his tattered shoes. The teen said, “You could tell, like, he’s been hurt so many times. He didn’t want to take the shoes at first, but I told him take them because that’s what God wanted me to do.”
