Blake Shelton to Join Luke Bryan for ‘Crash My Playa’ 2017

Blake Shelton had a “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT” today (August 17). On Twitter, the country musician shared a brief video announcing his participation in 2017’s Crash My Playa.

Crash My Playa is a four-night concert event that takes place on the beach of¬†Riviera Maya, Mexico. Dubbed as a “concert vacation,” it features all country music held at an all-inclusive resort, and is hosted by Luke Bryan. 2017 marks its third year.

“I’m going to be joining my friend Luke Bryan at the Crash My Playa festival that he does down there in the Cancun, Mexico, area,” Shelton said in the video. “And I hope you guys are going to be there to tell me what happens, because there’s a good chance I’m not going to remember this night.”

Shelton is scheduled to play one night with Luke Bryan playing two. No other names have yet been announced. Crash My Playa will take place January 19-22
