Sam Hunt Would Rather Play in the Super Bowl than Perform at Halftime

Sam Hunt is pretty good quarterback.

The country star played college ball at Middle Tennessee State University and UAB; he was also invited to training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs.

TMZ’s cameras caught up with Hunt at the airport and asked if he would rather play in the Super Bowl or perform at halftime.

Sam’s response is immediate: play in the big game. Given the career path he’s chosen, performing at halftime seems more likely, but hey, you never know.

Sam also weighs in on the strong women of country music, and why the genre can always use more.
