The Band Perry’s “Live Forever” is Team USA’s Olympic Song

The Band Perry is going to the Olympics. The sibling trio appeared on “Today” yesterday where it was reveled that their latest single, “Live Forever,” has been chosen as the official song for Team U.S.A. at the Rio Games, which kick off August 5th on NBC.

“‘Live Forever’ is really about those moments that make you feel like you’re going to live forever, and that really is the spirit of the Olympics,” says Kimberly Perry. “And we’re just really honored to bring that song to these guys.”

And as an added bonus, TBP will be headed to Rio, where they’ll perform as part of “Today’s” coverage of the games. Just don’t drink the water, kids!
