Granger Smith and 12 year old Flint native, Tegan Marie, will put on a benefit show to support the Flint water crisis.
It has just been announced the event will take place in the atrium of the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center on April 7th. And the best part is, it’s ONLY $10!!
All proceeds will go to the Hurley Children’s Clinic, with hopes of helping the families with kids who have been affected by the Flint water crisis. The clinic was one of the first to discover the boost in blood lead levels.
A little info about Tegan:
She has over 100,000 fans on Facebook. In fact, her rendition of Kelsea Bellerini’s “Love Me Like You Mean It” has gotten more than 2.5 million views, and it also led to a meeting between the two! She is also set to open for Hunter Hayes at an upcoming show (Oh, Really?!?).
Granger, on the other hand, is sky-rocketing to stardom! His latest single “If the Boot Fits.” is getting a TON of recognition. He also scored his first career No. 1 single with “Backroad Song,”.
Both are from his debut album “Remington” which was released on March 4th.
It’s unclear if Earl Dibbles Jr. will be there….
