The official first day of spring is this Thursday, but why not just get started a few days earlier! If you are like me, the winter weight is hanging around your mid-section, and you are ready to get the few extra pounds off. Here are a few at home exercises that you should be doing that might help you with not only feeling better, but get a few extra pounds off!
We have come up with a list of some at home exercises that you should be doing. Really, you should be doing these all year round, especially when you don’t get out much. While doing these exercises without eating right might not get you to lose weight, hopefully they jump start a new, healthier, you.
The first one really only works in certain homes, and it is walking your stairs! Yes, not everyone has stairs, but most houses do! Walk up and down your stairs for like 15 or 20 minutes a day. No need for a treadmill!
The next thing that works really well is taking some plastic or cloth type bags, fill them with random house hold items, and do arm curls! No one NEEDS dumbbells. You can fill the bags as heavy, or light, as you want them. Do this 3 times a week and get ready to show off your arms!
