Jason Aldean Reflects On The History Of Country Music On His Birthday

Jason Aldean celebrates his 37th birthday today out on his “Night Train Tour” with a sold out show in Kansas City, Missouri. It’s no secret about Aldean that while his music is in 2014 and adds a rock influence to his country; he cherishes the work and history of country music and usually helps out the Hall of Fame in Nashville when asked with a performance to raise money for Nashville’s most famous institution.

Jason Aldean shares his thoughts on the history of his occupation with The Dr. Don Show with Rachael and Grunwald. Aldean says, “I think the Hall of Fame is important. I mean obviously it tells the story of our background in country music where it all came from and all the artists that are in there are you know men and women who kinda paved the way for all of us new artists that are out right now, kinda paved the way for us to be here. You know I just think it’s important to kinda keep that history going you know I think it’s cool to… You know my daughter did a project for school on the Country Music Hall of Fame you know, so (she) realized that what I do now it’s like man, check out all this other cool stuff that happened before. You know, if it wasn’t for this then I wouldn’t have a chance to do what I’m doing.”
