NBC’s The Voice, last season’s winner, Danielle Bradbery, is taking off in way she never imagined. Danielle make her Grand Ole Opry debut last Tuesday and is opening for Brad Paisley and Chris Young this weekend at The Palace!
She’s only 17, but Danielle tells The Dr. Don Show with Rachael and Grunwald she has role models that were able to break big in country as young females.
Danielle tells us: “Everything that’s been happening now and compare to my imagination before everything, I’ve always wanted to be a singer. I look up to Carrie Underwood. I always said, ‘Oh my God, I wanna be like her’, and things like that. Watching Taylor Swift start at a young age too, I can relate to that. And now, it’s just sometimes I sit back and I’m like, ‘I can’t believe I’m standing in this place that I am’ and I’m in this situation and I’m coming out with an album. Everything is a first time and I think it has it’s own experience, such as the music video and things like that. It’s just like, ‘Wow! I can’t believe I’ve made it to here’ and just many more to come.”
Danielle’s debut self-titled album comes out Monday (Nov. 25).
