Brad Paisley Opens Up About His First Movie And Ditching Grunwald

Brad Paisley checked in with The Dr. Don Show with Rachael and Grunwald to apologize to Grunwald for not returning his emails after Grunwald flew to Vegas to see his show. Paisley says, “I’m bummed I missed you, I don’t know what you people think of Grunwald, but I like him.”

Brad’s new single, “I Can’t Change The World” is being made into a full length feature film. Brad explains. “Someone asked me if there was gonna be a music video for this song and I said yes, but it’s 2 hours long and is gonna take me a whole year to do. There’s too much for me to say in one music video. So I went to Sony and told them I’d like to try my hand in something bigger.”

Brad continues talking about the concept of the song, “Technology, which should bring us sort of closer, for instance, I get an email from Grunwald and you’d think we could talk right away. Or you find out about things that go on in the world in real time, like a disaster, you grieve with people in real time. It doesn’t necessarily feel like we’re closer, it makes us feel more scared. How do you find meaning in this world like that. If you change this world for anybody or make it better for one single person, your life has meaning.”
