Psychologist Gilbert adds that psychologists found many adults were less happy interacting with their kids than doing activities such as eating, watching television or even exercising.
I totally disagree with this study, how about you? Don’t get me wrong, I loved being single and carefree too, but the greatest joy in my life has been through my children! The happiest day of my life was the day my daughter was born, and when I married my husband 3 years ago, having a ‘bonus daughter’ was the icing in the cake!
