It was only a year ago when Carrie Underwood said she didn’t think she could judge people on a reality singing show like ‘X-Factor,’ but now it seems like she may be changing her mind. With other country stars judging reality shows like Blake Shelton on ‘The Voice’ and Keith Urban on ‘American Idol,’ Carrie seems to be more open to the idea of being a judge on the ‘X-Factor’ which was created by former ‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell. Of course Carrie is no stranger to these types of shows since she won season 4 of ‘American Idol’ in 2005.
Now that she’s a seasoned vet in country music the opportunity to judge on the ‘X-Factor’ could be in her future. Carrie said, “I’d never say never,” to Glamour magazine (quote via PressParty.com). “I think I could do things in a very constructive way. But those initial auditions, where you have to say no or tell someone to stop? I don’t know if I could do that.” We’ll just have to wait and see if joining a reality show is in Carrie’s future, but for now she’s focused on her ‘Blown Away’ tour with Hunter Hayes.
