This could be the epitome of ‘tacky’….in my humble opinion!  But a new trend for those who are getting married is now a hot topic. You will no longer be left wondering if your wedding invitation got lost in the mail. It’s the latest nuptials trend — sending your friends a  “you’re not invited” note if they didn’t make the guest list. You know, to clear up any confusion….

The rather insulting alerts are usually met with disappointment, resentment and even anger, but couples who are doing this say they feel guilty for having to trim the list and want people to know they are still thinking about them. How would ANYONE feel to get such a tacky note?

Do these couples who send these notes expect the ‘uninvited’ to still send a gift?   There is no way I would be sending a gift if I received such an insulting note from a supposed friend!
