Tim McGraw Keeps It Simple For Valentine’s Day

This week Tim McGraw celebrates his new record, ‘Two Lanes of Freedom’, on his new record label, Big Machine Records. McGraw says of being on a new label, “It’s pretty frustrating as an artist to have music you are proud of and you can’t wait for it to get out there for everyone to hear and sorta sit there and fee like your tethered to the wall. It’s great to be over at Big Machine, there’s a lot of great people there and great energy and everybody understand that music drives the art and format and it’s a great place to be.”

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Tim likes to keep it simple when it comes to getting his wife, Faith Hill, anything for the special day. “For us, having an evening at home with the kids, a quiet evening is probably the best Valentine’s we can have.”

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s kids are growing quickly. Two of the three are even driving right now. McGraw says, “Gracie has her permit and Maggie gets her full on license.” With Gracie getting her license, Tim is asked if she is a good driver or does she get distracted easily. He says, “She’s a really good driver. She’s been driving for a while. I’ve been working with her for quite a few years.”
