Even successful country music stars admit to being a bit starstruck from time to time. Chris Young is no different, and hearing him talk about how he felt when he received a compliment from Alan Jackson after he did a cover of “Wanted” in front of the tall man himself! Chris Young tells us that it’s an incredible feeling to get a compliment from a musical hero:

Who wouldn’t be nervous in that position! It’s one of those times you try not to let your nerves get the best of you. But I can relate to that for sure! The first time I met Kid Rock I was so nervous, I did not say one word, just sat there with a stupid grin (see below!) on my face and kept silently telling myself, “Don’t say a word, you will say something incredibly stupid and you know it!”
