It’s been the worst season for flu in recent years, and Michigan sure has had it’s victims.  Our own Jack Shell was even out for two days last week with a 101°F degree fever.  Of course, it’s hard to tell when Jack is actually sick, since he always acts that way.  Are you one of the thousands like Jack, suffering from influenza this year?  Well, slap your  grandma, because there’s good news.  You can now find out on your Facebook where you might have received your lovely flu virus.

There’s a new free Facebook app that can help you figure out which one of your friends gave you the FLU.  It analyzes your friends’ profiles for words in status updates that could hint at who’s sick, and reports back to you.  You can install the app at facebook.com/HelpRemedies.

Of course, if you DO have the flu… the best advise is to stay home and rest it off.
