There are a ton of things that we only do this time of the year, like wearing that  ‘ugly holiday sweater’ to work or to a holiday party just to crack everyone up!  This year you could do more than laugh about ‘ugly sweaters,’ you can wear them with pride and join the fight against cancer! Are you and your friends willing to ‘GET UGLY’ as a way to Stand Up 2 Cancer during the month of December? Wearing a ‘ugly sweater’ once is funny, but wearing one for weeks takes commitment, and that’s the type of commitment it takes to STAND UP 2 CANCER!  Wanna join the fight?

There are two pretty easy ways that you can participate, with 100% of the funds raised going directly to support SU2C’s cutting-edge cancer research:

1) Commit to wearing an ugly sweater between 1 and 31 days during December. Challenge your friends to support you for each day you dare to wear. Friends’ pledges can be any amount – every dollar helps!

Wear your ugly sweater to work, to the supermarket, to the kids’ activities (they’ll LOVE that). And when people ask you why (and believe us, they will ask), tell them it’s to benefit Stand Up 2 Cancer, and that they too can join the fun.

2) Throw an Ugly Sweater Party and ask that guests give a suggested donation via the Ugly Sweater fundraising pages.

Everybody loves an Ugly Sweater Party, and you can make it even more festive by supporting a cause that affects us all.
