Most people try to live life doing as many “healthy” activities they can do in one day.  Sometimes the activities are big, and sometimes they are small, but anything counts, right?  Well, according to a new study, it looks as if some of these things that seem to be good for you now, might kill you in 20 years!  OK, maybe not kill, but at least harm you more than you would think!

In the 1940s, smoking was advertised as much if not more than fast food is advertised now.  And back then, doctors even promoted smoking!  But, we see now that it does more harm than ever thought.  Well, according to CLCLT.com, there are certain everyday activities that we think are OK for us, that is actually do more harm than ever thought!  In 20 years, cardio exercises might make us weaker.  Well, at least compared to weight lifting!  A study has shown that building muscle is healthier to ourselves than cardio exercises because some cardio actually eats away our muscles instead of building them.

And when it comes to hand sanitizer, we are lowering our immune system!  There have been studies that show places that are constant cleaned actually tend to produce super bacteria that is immune to cleaning products and sterilization!  So, if you have to clean your hands, try to wash them instead!

Another one that has been a topic for a few years now is the use of cellphones!  There are studies that show prolonged use of cellphones can kill braincells.  But, there are also studies that deny that claim.  Either way, there is a chance your cell phone use now can hurt you in the future!

If you knew your favorite activity would take years off your life, would you still do it?  Read more at CLCLT.com
