What Is Keith Urban’s Biggest Responsibility?

Keith Urban is currently featured in GQ Australia, and Keith opens up about the responsibilities of being a father and being a husband. And on top of all of that, he also talks about how in Australia, he is known more for being “Mr. Nicole Kidman!”  Even though he started his music career there, his fame level there never hit the same level it is here in the U.S.  You won’t believe what Keith says his BIGGEST responsibility is!

In the GQ Australia article, not only did Keith open up about his life, but he also did a nice photo shoot.  Keith wants people in Australia to get to know him more than Mr. Nicole Kidman.  Because, until he was on the Aussie version of The Voice, he wasn’t very well known in Australia.  Slowly, his popularity is rising over there, but he wants to let people know he is still a very down to Earth guy, and has lots of responsibilities!

“Being a husband and a father is a horrendous responsibility but it’s a beautiful opportunity as well. I’m always balancing the need to encourage the girls’ freedom and not impose on their own journey with that primal need of the father and husband to protect and guide them every step of the way.”
