South Lyon’s own Anita Cochran is coming home to do a charity concert in the park, to benefit Operation Injured Soldiers! Bring the whole family and enjoy this benefit concert on Saturday July 21st at 7pm at the James Atchison Park in New Hudson. It will be an open seating chair/blanket concert. The 6th annual Lyon Ride will be also be held on Saturday July 21st with registration beginning at  11am. Get all the details here…

The 6th Annual Lyon Ride is an hour and a half escorted ride for motorcycles, classic cars and trucks, jeeps, sports cars basically anything that someone wants to make the entry fee donation. Also activities for kids!

When: Saturday, July 21, 2012

Where: 58000 Grand River, New Hudson, MI 48165

Description: Picnic in the park and Lyon ride. 11:00-noon registration for ride. Ride leaves at noon. Picnic in the park noon until dark. Motorcycle Rodeo starts at 2:30. Live band. Fire Dept “Hose Down” for kids. $20 per rider or passenger includes lunch and T-shirt.

Both events 100 % of the net proceeds goes to Operation Injured Soldiers a non profit ALL volunteer charity which gives recreational rehab to our wounded heroes of all wars.
