Edens Edge Self-Titled Album To Be Released June 12

Country newcomers Edens Edge have already made a name for themselves on three huge country tours, but the trio had only been missing one thing: a full-length album. Now country fans don’t have to wait long as the band’s full-length, self titled album will be released on June 12. With help from award winning producers Mark Bright and Dann Huff, the album will feature a unique sound with a big focus on the band’s country roots.

Recently, Edens Edge gained popularity as openers for Brad Paisley‘s H2O II: Wetter and Wilder World Tour, Reba’s All the Women I Am Tour, and Lady Antebellum’s Own The Night Tour. Now with a Rascal Flatts Changed tour on the way, the band is ready to release their new music.

Since releasing our digital EP last year, we’ve been looking forward to this next step and it’s finally here,” says banjo and guitar picker Cherrill Green to The Boot. We couldn’t have predicted the success we’d have with our first single, ‘Amen,’ and hope that our fans fall in love with the new songs, just as we did writing and recording them.”

Watch the interview below to get the exclusive scoop from CBS Local and RamCountryMusic.com at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas this past weekend!  It’s always a good day when a ‘girl’ can beat Blake Shelton in something he prides himself in! Edens Edge’s Cherrill Green tells us “It’s a good day so far, got up this morning and went to the skeet shoot, Blake Shelton hosts NRA country skeet shoot for ACMs each year and I beat him! Didn’t care how I did overall, as long as I beat Blake!”

Concert goers heard a sneak peek of the new album on their latest tour with Lady Antebellum. “For years we played music in our hometowns, so it’s been thrilling to do what we love on a broader scale, traveling across the country. And now, to release our first album and share our music with so many new fans and our friends at radio is just too good to be true,” admits lead singer Hannah Blaylock.

Their next single “Too Good To Be True” drops soon as the follow up to their first top 20 hit “Amen”. Get a peek at a live performance!
