Maybe it’s because of starting a new life with my wife Casey.  Or maybe it’s because she’s just asking me, but I have been cooking a lot more.  Now, I have been a master grill chef for years, but that is nothing compared to actually cooking a major meal.  And with this year being our first Easter as a married couple, I wanted to learn how to make something special.  And thanks to Fabio, I have something good up my sleeves!

Fabio has a web show over at Yahoo called Chow Ciao!  I’ve seen him making everything from pancakes to hamburgers, all with an Italian twist.  This time around, he gave me a great tip on making sure your eggs are super fresh!
