[photogallerylink id=95961 align=right]The video, which AOL’s The Boot reports was shot from the dashboard of a police car in Sanger, Texas, shows that Travis was parked in his Pontiac sports car in front of a church. Police found an open bottle of wine inside Randy’s car. When asked if he had been drinking, Travis responded, “Yes sir, I have. But I am not driving, as you can see.” When Randy was told that he was “going to go to jail,” he said, “Really? Are you kidding me?” In the police car on the way to Denton County jail, Travis asked from the back seat, “Will anyone here drive me back to my vehicle?” Randy, who was released six hours later, was charged with a misdemeanor. Following the incident, he issued a statement apologizing for “what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl.”
