[photogallerylink id=134856 align=left]As co-hosts of the WYCD 10 Man Jam, both [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Sara Evans[/lastfm] and Kix Brooks each played an important role in making it a night to remember for everyone at the show! Kix Brooks also made a ‘dream come true‘ for a very special lady, Sharon St. Charles, who is also my friend. Sharon has been battling cancer for quite some time, and hospice was recently called in to help make her comfortable during the final stages of this insidious disease. Like lots of us do, Sharon has a ‘bucket list‘ and meeting Kix Brooks was close to the top of her list. Seeing Kix make Sharon’s ‘dream come true,’ truly made my heart sing!

I think most of us have at least a mental ‘bucket list’…even if we never even say it out loud! One of my ‘bucket list‘ items is to get a fishing ‘Charter Captain‘ license! That is for my other ‘bucket list’ dream of having a fishing charter boat in the Florida Keys when I retire!
