Costa Concordia is reportedly offering the passengers on the disaster cruise, a 30% discount off future cruises as they battle to stave off the expected law suits that will certainly be filed. I cannot imagine that any survivors are anxious to go ‘cruising’ again anytime soon! Talk about ‘customer service’ gone wrong!
It really seems mind-boggling…offering people who nearly lost their lives a 30% discount off another cruise? Does that seem right? How about a full refund plus a payment for stress of nearly DYING!
