Miranda Lambert “Freakin’ Excited” About Acting Debut On ‘Law & Order: SVU’

[photogallerylink id=116529 align=left][lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Miranda Lambert[/lastfm] will soon be adding ‘actress’ to her resume, with her acting debut in a guest role on Law & Order: SVU! This amazing blonde bombshell, will not be cast as a country singer either! Miranda ‘tweeted:’ “Ya’ll I’m so freaking excited to be on my favorite show ever !!!”

The actual air date for Miranda’s guest stint on Law & Order: SVU has not been announced yet, but according to TV Guide, the episode will feature Lambert as an actress who has been assaulted by a sleezy reality show TV producer, played by actor Michael McKean.

Harry Connick Jr. will appear on the episode, as the new love interest of Detective Benson, played by Mariska Hargitay. Stay tuned and we will let you know the exact date of Miranda Lambert’s acting debut!
