Labor Day: Top 10 Cities In The United States With The Best Job Opportunities

Many people forget that Labor Day isn’t just about getting ready to go back to school or to soak up as much sunlight as humanly possible before the weather gets dreary; Labor Day is a holiday which celebrates the drive and determination of the working people.

In our country afflicted with joblessness and a less-than-stellar economy, actual work to, well, labor at isn’t as plentiful as in previous decades.

According to US News, which used an aggregation web site called Juju, the two factors that matter the most in job rankings are the number of individuals per advertised job and the city’s overall unemployment rate. The ten cities that follow are seemingly the best in terms of both finding a job (less competition) and how many people in the city report themselves as unemployed.
