Of course teenagers always love a good graduation story because it has to do with them never having to go to high school again. So walking across that stage to get their diploma is already a big deal for them, but what about for the people who cannot physically walk? One Michigan high schooler dared to be different…to be just like her classmates!
Angeline Lavasseur just graduated of Pinckney High School. What makes her different is that she has grown up in a wheel chair after being born with spina bifida, and her spine never grew in correctly. But instead of just going with the flow and taking her diploma by wheeling herself across the stage, she worked all year with a physical therapist to be able to walk her self across the stage, and that she did!Vodpod videos no longer available.
