J. Lo was one of my personal best-dressed at last Sunday’s Grammy Awards! What I didn’t know is that [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jennifer Lopez[/lastfm] had a fashion emergency backstage at the Grammy’s Sunday night.

According to Radaronline, J.Lo punctured her left ankle with her spiky Christian Louboutin shoes, drawing blood. “Paramedics got a frantic call to rush to J.Lo’s dressing room,” said a source. “Her stylist was freaking out…It was a small puncture, but the blood wouldn’t stop and J.Lo still had to present an award.” When EMTs got there, they applied antiseptic and gave her a Band-aid and the star went on with the show.
