McGraw was there to explore his family tree. Kingsport’s Times News reports that producers of the genealogy-based Who Do You Think You Are? filmed part of tomorrow’s episode featuring McGraw at the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park when he was tracing his roots. His family history reportedly goes back to Scott County, Virginia and runs along the historic Wilderness Trail. In NBC’s promo for the show, McGraw states, “My family was here before we were a country,” and “George Washington was mingling with my family – wow!” To see how he uncovers his father Tug McGraw’s heritage among the Founding Fathers, tune in to NBC at 8 PM.
