Former University Of Michigan Head Coach Rich Rodriguez is donating the shirt off his back. After cleaning out his closet, The Salvation Army is receiving all of the Ex-coaches Michigan wear.  Caps, shirts and jackets ranging from XL-2X, 12 large bags, 432 items of U-M  wear will be sold. Salvation Army is calling it “The Coaches Closet Tent Sale.”

Known for their red kettles at Christmas time, The Salvation Army will sell Rich Rod’s goods this Saturday, 2pm at the Wayne store located at 34620 W. Michigan Ave.

Maj. John Aren of the Salvation Army is grateful and excited about this opportunity,

“We’re going to sell everything from six bucks to, I don’t know, maybe we’ll auction off a couple of the jackets, it’ll be for not much more than 25% what they’d pay at a store.”

What is the oddest thing you tried to donate but they would not take?
