When [lastfm]Billy Currington[/lastfm] sang “Sweet Music Man” in tribute to [lastfm]Kenny Rogers[/lastfm] at the “All For The Hall” benefit concert for the Country Music Hall of Fame earlier this month in Nashville, the reaction was immediate. The audience loved it, especially with stellar background vocals from [lastfm]Keith Urban[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Vince Gill[/lastfm].
[lastfm]Keith Urban[/lastfm] loved it too, telling AOL’s The Boot, “He was amazing! He’s one of the best singers in town, period! [He’s] so soulful. And when he came in and said he wanted to do that song, I just thought, ‘This is gonna be great!’ And it was beyond that.”
