The Canton Township Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for an 11-month-old who is believed to have been kidnapped. Raven Christina Scott is described as about 32 inches tall, weighing about 25 pounds. She has blue eyes and black hair.

Scott is believed to be in extreme danger. When last seen she was wearing a gray sweat suit, black t-shirt, Sketcher tennis shoes with rhinestones and glitter. Her hair was in a pony tail.

Police believe Scott was taken by Ronald Cephas Scott. He is 36-years old, about 6′ 2″ and weighs about 225 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He is believed to be Ford Expedition with Maryland plates.
