This year, the non-profit Conservancy will implement a $3 admission fee to the festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Located along the RiverWalk just west of Rivard, the National Stage will feature some the nation’s best musical acts from classical to country, R&B, alternative rock and good ol’ fashioned rock ‘n’ roll during River Days.
Headlining the festival’s national stage on Friday night are the [lastfm]Spin Doctors[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Lonestar[/lastfm]; [lastfm]Kimmie Horn[/lastfm] and [lastfm]MC Hammer[/lastfm] on Saturday night; and the world-renowned Detroit Symphony Orchestra and [lastfm]Blues Traveler[/lastfm] on Sunday. A full lineup of local music acts for the Michigan Lottery Stage and local stage representing rock, jazz, R&B, gospel and country, will be available closer to the event and listed on www.DetroitRiverDays.com. 99.5 WYCD’s Mike Scott will introduce [lastfm]Lonestar[/lastfm] so be sure to come down and say hello and see some great concerts!
